These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SarraS website at sarras.ai and any related API services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SarraS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SarraS provides a threat intelligence data exchange and API platform that normalizes, scores, and delivers machine-readable security intelligence. The Services include access to the SarraS API, the SarraS Intelligence Schema (SARIS), associated documentation, and any related tools or features we make available.
Services are provided subject to the subscription tier you have selected. API call limits, data access levels, and SLA commitments vary by tier as described in our pricing documentation.
To access the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@sarras.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
SarraS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these acceptable use requirements without prior notice.
Your use of the API is subject to the rate limits and call volume restrictions of your subscription tier. Overage usage beyond your included volume will be billed at the rates specified in your subscription agreement. SarraS implements automated rate limiting and circuit breakers to maintain platform stability for all users.
SarraS reserves the right to throttle or suspend API access for accounts that exceed usage limits, exhibit abusive query patterns, or pose a risk to platform availability.
The SarraS data corpus, scoring models, the SarraS Intelligence Schema (SARIS), and all associated software, documentation, and platform infrastructure are the intellectual property of SarraS and are protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the data and API outputs for your internal security operations. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the SarraS data corpus without written authorization.
You retain all rights to your own data, queries, and any threat intelligence you contribute through customer-specific integrations.
Intelligence data distributed through the SarraS API is subject to Traffic Light Protocol (TLP) classifications. You agree to handle TLP-classified data in accordance with the applicable TLP guidelines and your organizational clearance level as established in your subscription agreement. TLP:RED data may not be redistributed outside your organization under any circumstances.
SarraS targets 99.9% API availability. Contractual SLA commitments vary by subscription tier and are specified in individual subscription agreements. SarraS is not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party data source outages, internet infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when required to maintain platform security or integrity.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SARRAS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THREAT INTELLIGENCE DATA IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND SARRAS MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE DATA.
You acknowledge that threat intelligence data reflects the state of knowledge at the time of collection and scoring, and that all security decisions remain your responsibility.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SARRAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SECURITY INCIDENTS, DATA BREACHES, OR OPERATIONAL DISRUPTIONS RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON THREAT INTELLIGENCE DATA.
In no event shall SarraS's total liability to you exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SarraS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Either party may terminate a subscription with notice as specified in the applicable subscription agreement. SarraS may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a security risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and SarraS with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
